Lara said that India is now the buzz place when it comes to cricket, for both fans as well as players.
Former West Indies captain Brain Lara was in Mumbai for a golfing event a few days ago. The 50-year-old who prides himself at being a golfer who has 5 handicap shared how India has become his second home.
"I have experienced India and visited many states. Between the IPL, the World Cup and the West Indies being here, I have been to India in 2019 at least six to seven times. If you don't experience cricket in India, you have not experienced anything. I think that is why, so many fans from all over the world come here," the all-time-great said at the event.
